Senior Cargo Officer

Monthly RM3000 ++

• To supervise overall cargo activities in operational areas for cargo acceptance, cargo import, cargo export, and transhipment (whichever applicable).
• Perform daily manpower control and planning (for OT) and monitor leave allocation.
• Ensure consistent service is delivered to meet on time performance (OTP) and high quality level of cargo handling with zero cargo discrepancies.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to all SOP & safety operation procedure.
• Perform any other activities related to Cargo Handling or Ground Handling as required by the Company.

Monthly RM2000+

• Daily monitoring of drivers attendance, absenteeism and Work Rest Hours and ensuring all drivers records are kept up to date, including Licence expiry/renewal requirements. Conduct compulsory daily Driver de-brief and submit report
• Monitoring of Touch & Go and Fuel usage in insuring compliance, reporting any non-compliance to CM immediately for follow-up
• Maintain and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by Linde and Toll Administration or any reports that may be subjected to change from time to time
• Updating drivers wages activity
• Petty Cash balance for sign off and approval by Contract Manager

Monthly RM1800+++

• Safely transporting goods to and from distribution centers.
• Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations.
• Finding the quickest and safest route to your destination.
• Completing travel logs.
