Condition & terms

Economy Vehicles (Proton, Perodua, etc.)

  • Eligibility: Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid Malaysian driving license.
  • Deposit: Security deposit required (refundable upon safe return).
  • Rental Period: Minimum 1 day; long-term rental available on request.
  • Mileage: Standard mileage included; additional mileage may incur extra charges.
  • Fuel: Vehicle must be returned with full tank; otherwise refueling charges apply.
  • Insurance: Basic insurance included; coverage for damages may require additional fees.

Luxury Vehicles (Toyota, Honda, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.)

  • Eligibility: Renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid driving license.
  • Deposit: Higher refundable security deposit required.
  • Rental Period: Minimum 1 day; long-term rental available.
  • Mileage: Limited mileage per day; additional charges apply for excess mileage.
  • Fuel: Full tank must be returned.
  • Insurance: Comprehensive insurance included; coverage for driver negligence may be excluded.


Exotic / Supercars (Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, etc.)

  • Eligibility: Renter must be at least 25–30 years old with a valid driving license and verified driving history.
  • Deposit: Substantial refundable deposit required.
  • Rental Period: Minimum rental period may apply (e.g., 1–2 days).
  • Mileage: Strict mileage limits; extra mileage charged per km.
  • Fuel: Vehicle must be returned with full tank; refueling fee applies if not.
  • Insurance: Full coverage provided; high deductibles may apply for driver negligence.
  • Usage Restrictions: No racing, off-road driving, or transportation outside Malaysia without approval.

4. Commercial Vehicles (Toyota Hiace, Hino 3-ton, Fuso cooler lorries, etc.

  • Eligibility: Valid Malaysian driving license suitable for the vehicle class.
  • Deposit: Security deposit required, refundable upon safe return.
  • Rental Period: Daily, weekly, or long-term rentals available.
  • Fuel & Maintenance: Vehicle must be returned with full fuel and in good condition; maintenance during rental is the renter’s responsibility.
  • Insurance: Basic or commercial vehicle insurance included; coverage for cargo damage may be optional.
  • Permits: Any road or load permits must be arranged by the renter.

Heavy Duty Machinery (Bulldozer, Excavator, Crane, Forklift, etc.)

  • Eligibility: Operator must be trained and certified to operate the machinery.
  • Deposit: Security deposit required.
  • Rental Period: Daily, weekly, or monthly rentals available.
  • Fuel & Maintenance: Renter is responsible for fuel and basic maintenance.
  • Insurance: Damage insurance optional; renter is responsible for misuse or negligence.
  • Usage Restrictions: Machinery to be used on-site only for agreed purposes; off-site use prohibited without approval.

Yachts (Langkawi Luxury Yachts)

  • Eligibility: Renter must be at least 25 years old.
  • Deposit: Refundable security deposit required.
  • Rental Period: Minimum rental period applies (e.g., half-day, full-day, or multi-day charters).
  • Fuel & Crew: Fuel and crew services may be included or charged separately.
  • Insurance: Basic marine insurance included; renter responsible for damages caused by negligence.
  • Usage Restrictions: Yacht to remain within approved waters; no illegal or unsafe activities allowed.
